NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that applications have been received and a Public Hearing will be held with the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, State of Michigan, as adopted March 7, 1986, and in accordance with all amendments. REQUESTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1. 19823 Martin Request for third accessory structure. Request for accessory structure over 144 square feet. 2. 22325 StatlerRequest for a variance to the 10’ sideyard greenbelt requirement and 5’ rearyard greenbelt requirement. Request for 25’ front setback variance to allow a parking lot adjacent to Statler. 3. 20451 StephensRequest for a temporary structure not to exceed 14 feet in height.
