NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP Variance Request The Deerfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will have a public hearing on Nov. 10, 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Deerfield Township Hall on a request from Maxine Kent, at 2071 W. River Rd., for a variance from Deerfield Township Zoning Ordinance Section 5-Districts-Vriance from the 20 foot setback restrictions in Section 5.05. A copy of the Zoning Permit Application and application for a variance are available for public inspection from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday at the Deerfield Township Hall, located at 3032 S. Winn Rd. Written comments can be mailed to Deerfield Township, 3032 S. Winn Rd., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858.
