NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ATTENTION ALL VILLAGE RESIDENTS The Village of Milford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., in the Milford Civic Center, 1100 Atlantic Street, Milford, Michigan 48381.The purpose of the PUBLIC HEARING is to consider the variance request of: Kevin Richman Kevin Richman 411 Benson Avenue for 16-10-254-009 Milford, MI 48381411 Benson Avenue Milford, MI 48381 Variances are being requested from the requirements of Article 3.1.3 to (1) provide a side yard setback of 1.2’ where a minimum of 8’ side yard setback is required and (2) provide a front yard setback of 13.5’ where a minimum of 25’ front yard setback is required. A variance from the requirements of Article 3.20 and Article 5.1.H to construct a front porch 5.8’ from the front property line is also being requested. Application for the variance request is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. Public comments, either oral or written, are welcome at the Public Hearing. Interested parties unable to attend the Public Hearing may send their comments to the attention of the Village Zoning Board of Appeals to the Civic Center address noted above. All comments received before the close of business on October 23, 2025 will be considered. Physically challenged persons needing assistance or aid should contact the Village Offices during regular working hours seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting.
