NOTICE LENOX TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025, at the Lenox Township Municipal Offices, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox, MI 48050, beginning at 6:30 P.M. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the renewal of a Special Land Use Permit and Mining Permit for TeJa Enterprises, LLC., regarding the sand and gravel mining operation at 32680 32 Mile Road, 19-06-03-100-002, on the south side of 32 Mile Road between Lowe Plank Road and Pashalk Road, consisting of 117 acres. Lenox Township will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities upon seven (7) days notice to the Lenox Township Clerk. This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meeting Act) MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Michelle Gurley Lenox Township Clerk
