LENOX TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 6:30 PM, at Lenox Township Municipal Offices, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox, MI 48050. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on an application submitted by Jets Hangar, LLC, identified as 33255 26 Mile Road, 19-06-34-400-015, 2.01 acres, on the north side of 26 Mile Road, Lenox, MI. 48048, east of Quail Run Manufactured Housing Community. The request is for a variance from Lenox Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5, Section 719.91, Parking Requirements. A complete copy of the application materials may be examined at the office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours prior to the hearing. Written comments on the application may be sent to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Township Hall address stated above. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing. Lenox Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed materials considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities attending the hearing, upon seven (7) days notice to the Township of Lenox.
