CITY OF EASTPOINTE COUNTY OF MACOMB STATE OF MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 25-1251 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EASTPOINTE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 6, AMUSEMENTS AND ENTERTAINMENTS, ARTICLE V, SPECIAL EVENTS, OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EASTPOINTE The City of Eastpointe has adopted Ordinance No. 25-1251 which amends the Exceptions section of the Special Events ordinance. A true copy of the entire Ordinance can be inspected or obtained by the public at the office of the Eastpointe City Clerk, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan. CERTIFICATION We, Michael Klinefelt, Mayor, and Elke Doom, Interim City Clerk, for the City of Eastpointe, Macomb County, Michigan, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 25-1251 was duly adopted by the City Council after a second reading thereof at a regular meeting of said Council held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
