LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF ROYAL OAK PLEASE BE ADVISED that on Monday, November 10, 2025 the Royal Oak City Commission adopted the following ordinance by resolution on second reading: ORDINANCE 2025-03 An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of Royal Oak to conditionally rezone from “General Industrial” to “General Business” parcels “A” and “B” of 3200 West 14 Mile Road (parcel no. 20-32-351-001).
