City of Lincoln Park Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing October 29, 2025 Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the City of Lincoln Park that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Lincoln Park City Hall to solicit comments on a requested use variance. The applicant is seeking relief from Chapter 1278 of the City of Lincoln Park Zoning Ordinance by requesting a use variance to allow warehousing use at 1056-1060 Southfield, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 (parcel ID# 45-007-09-0043-000 and 45-007-09-0044-000). The property is zoned Municipal Business District (MBD); MBD does not permit warehousing as a principal permitted use nor special land use. Proposals are available for review at www.citylp.com one week before the public hearing date. Comments from the public are welcome at the public hearing to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Lincoln Park City Hall, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. Written comments may be directed to the City of Lincoln Park Building Department, until the day before the meeting. This notice is in compliance with section 1262.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan Public Act 267 of 1976 (Open Meetings Act), and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
