CITY OF RIVERVIEW ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Riverview, Michigan will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 14100 Civic Park Drive for the following petitions: Case ZA-09-25Sign exception request to allow an electronic sign to face residential property at 15633 Pennsylvania Rd. The application was denied per Section 17.08.H. of the Zoning Ordinance, which prohibits electronic signs from facing residentially zoned properties. The purpose of this meeting is to hear all statements in opposition to or in support of this proposal. All interested parties wishing to be heard, please attend this meeting or submit a written statement to the City Clerk on or before 4:00 p.m. November 13, 2025.
