CITY OF PLEASANT RIDGE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 23675 WOODWARD The Pleasant Ridge Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a site plan application at 23675 Woodward Avenue. The proposal includes renovating the existing commercial building and adding two residential apartments above. The public hearing will take place at City Hall on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The site plan is available for review at www.cityofpleasantridge.org/23675Woodward.
