CITY OF MOUNT CLEMENS CREATION OF FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU ORDINANCE AND AMENDMENT TO MARIHUANA BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT HOURS OF OPERATION SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The City of Mount Clemens has adopted the Fire Prevention Bureau Ordinance which creates the Bureau of Fire Prevention within the Fire Department to enforce all fire prevention codes adopted by the City: for the Fire Chief to determine all permit requirements and for the City Commission to set an inspection fee schedule by resolution. This Ordinance also amended the prohibited hours of operation for marihuana establishments to be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. within the City.
