NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF ANCHOR BAY SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL RECEIVE SEALED BID PROPOSALS UNTIL DECEMBER 2, 2025 AT 2:00 P.M. AT THE ANCHOR BAY SCHOOL DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE, 5201 COUNTY LINE ROAD, CASCO MI 48064. THE BOARD OR ITS DESIGNEE WILL OPEN AND READ EACH RECEIVED BID AT A PUBLIC MEETING AT 2:00 P.M. ON DECEMBER 2, 2025 AT: Cori Wiley Maintenance Supervisor Anchor Bay School District Administration Building 5201 County Line Road. Casco, MI 48064 Phone: 586-716-3622 Building Envelope Improvements RFP Response/Sealed Bid THE PROPOSAL WILL BE TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL BUILDING ENVELOPE IMPROVEMENTS Anchor Bay School District (the "School District") will not consider or accept a proposal received after the above-specified date and time for Proposal submission. At the above-specified time and place for receiving proposals, the Board of Education, acting by its designee, will publicly open and read all timely-received Proposals. The Board of Education reserves the rights to waive any irregularity or informality in its Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process, to reject any or all Proposals, to award Program components by component, group of components, or total Program, and to accept the Proposal or Proposals which the Board determines will perform in the School District's best interests. Each and every bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement (1) disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent Anchor Bay School District or any member of the Board of Education, and (2) confirming the Bidder is not an Iran linked business as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, MCL 129.311. Proposals are to be presented in accordance with the RFP specifications. Bidders shall provide bid security in an amount of not less than two and a half percent (2.5%) of the proposed contract amount as set forth in the RFP.
