ARCADA TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Kan Properties is requesting a dimensional variance for their parcel 29-01-021-007-00 due to the Arcada Township Board denying their land division request. The request was denied because it didn’t meet the zoning ordinance’s requirements for lot size and road frontage. The Arcada Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Arcada Township Hall, 3290 W Tyler Rd. Alma, MI 48801. Written comments will be received up to and including the day of the public hearing.
