Your firm is invited to submit an offer to Owner for the Structural Steel Package for construction of a gymnasium and classroom addition located at 888 Enterprise Drive, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 before 2:00 P.M. local standard time on the 30th day of October 2025. B. Project Description: Structural steel framing, steel joists, steel decking, and miscellaneous steel fabrications as shown for a new gymnasium and classroom addition. C. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of ARC upon receipt of a fee, by cash or check, for the Document sets. 1. Documents are available at www.e-arc.com in their “Public Planroom” or by Email orders to michigan.grandblanc@e-arc.com. 2. Documents may also be ordered by telephone: (810) 695-9500. D. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. I. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days after submission. J. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. K. Successful Steel Bidder will NOT be required to provide Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds. They will be assigned to the successful General Contractor at a later date, who will provide all Bonds. L. This project shall be subject to the prevailing wage laws of the State of Michigan. M.
