PUBLIC NOTICE The Romulus Housing Commission (RHC) has developed its 2026 Annual Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2026 Annual Plan and supporting documentation are available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the Romulus Housing Commission’s administrative office located at 34200 Beverly, Romulus, MI 48174. The Commission’s hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The RHC Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Romulus Housing Commission located at 34200 Beverly, Romulus, MI 48174. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments on the 2026 Annual Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development no later than December 31, 2025.
