VILLAGE OF SHEPHERD ISABELLA COUNTY NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Shepherd will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025, as part of a meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. local time. The meeting location will be the Village Hall, 251 W. Wright Ave, Shepherd, MI 48883 The Zoning Board of Appeals will be receiving public comments and questions at the meeting pertaining to the following variance request: 309 W. Orchard Avenue (Parcel # 31-050-00-063-00): A request has been submitted to request exemptions from section 154.006 (B) of the Village’s zoning ordinance. Specifically, the request, if approved, would allow the existing lot to be divided, resulting in two parcels less than the required 8,580 square feet, a rear yard setback of less than 30 feet, and a structure cover greater than 30%.
