NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF CLINTON TOWNSHIP PART TWELVE - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the Charter Township of Clinton, Macomb County, Michigan, will conduct a public hearing on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2025 AT 6:30 P.M. in the Board Chambers, Clinton Township Civic Center Administration Building, 40700 Romeo Plank Road (located between Canal Road and Clinton River Road), Door #20, in said Township, for the purpose of hearing and considering any pertinent comments and matters relating to the following proposed amendment to the text of the Codified Ordinances of Clinton Township, Part Twelve - Planning and Zoning Code (fka Clinton Township Official Zoning Ordinance): To introduce and publish the following Ordinance with the intent to adopt at the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, an amendment revising and restating, Title Eight of Part Twelve and move it to Part II - Zoning, and to adopt and publish the following Ordinance with the intent to adopt at the next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, an amendment revising and restating Title Eight of Part Twelve, and moving it to Part II - Zoning, and to provide for repealer, severability and effective date. Copies of the text and zoning map of the Codified Ordinances of Clinton Township, Part Twelve - Planning and Zoning Code are available for sale and public inspection at the Clinton Township Civic Center Administration Building, 40700 Romeo Plank Road, in said Township, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday of each week, and they will be available for further inspection at the time and place of the above-mentioned hearing, all in accord with the statutes in such case made and provided.
