GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Grosse Ile Township Schools will receive sealed bid proposals for: Bid Package #1 – Grosse Ile High School Renovations for the 2022 Bond Program. Grosse Ile Township Schools will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for the bid submission. The bidding documents consist of the RFP prepared by DeMaria Building Company and Plante Moran Realpoint along with drawings and specifications prepared by The Collaborative. Bid Documents Bid Documents including Bid Forms may be obtained directly from DeMaria Building Company. Please note that all incurred costs for preparation and delivery of bids is the responsibility of the bidder. It is recommended that bids be submitted or delivered with ample time to spare in order to avoid traffic, building access, or electronic issues. All proposals shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days. All bids must be accompanied by all of the documents outlined in the official Invitation to Bid.
