Charter Township of Royal Oak Notice of Public Hearing Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG) 2026 Application NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Charter Township of Royal Oak will hold a public hearing on the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG). The hearing will be held on Thursday, November 13, at 5:30 p.m. at the Township Hall, 21131 Garden Lane, Ferndale, MI 48220 (in the Gymnasium) to hear public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 application to fund eligible project(s). All interested citizens are requested to attend the Hearing. Comments will also be received in writing or in person at The Charter Township of Royal Oak, 21131 Garden Lane, Ferndale, MI in Room #203 until November 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving a 72-hour advance notice.
