CITY OF GIBRALTAR ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing, as provided for by the Code of Ordinances under Chapter 44, Article XXVIII – Board of Appeals, will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Gibraltar Municipal Complex, 29450 Munro Avenue, Gibraltar, MI 48173. The following appeal will be presented: Property: 30133 Pointe Drive Petitioner: Eisenbrandt, Jeremy & Mary Zoning District: R-1, One-Family Residential District Article IX, Sec. 44-86 – Accessory Building in Residence Districts Petitioner seeks a variance to the R-1, One-Family Residential District accessory building setback. Unattached accessory buildings shall not be nearer than ten feet from the principal building. Petitioner proposes a setback of 5-ft & 3-1/8”. A variance of 4-ft & 8-7/8” is requested.
